Jacqueline serves Consumer Market Research professionals. As the manager of the data advisors and operations for the North American Consumer Technographics product, Jackie is responsible for all aspects of the online and offline collection of data, as well as the client service provided by the team. As an analyst, Jackie focuses on helping clients use Technographics data to answer tough questions about their consumers.Jackie's expertise is centered around the intersection of quantitative data and consumer insight. She has extensive knowledge on market research topics such as segmentation and survey methodology. She also has written on the topic of youth and emerging technologies.
While currently focusing on quantitative research, Jackie has experience in both quantitative and qualitative measures. At Forrester, she has worked with clients of all industries, from travel to customer experience to telecom. Before joining Forrester, she worked for Cogent Research, a market research consulting firm managing all aspects of data design and collection.
Jackie graduated with an M.S. in applied communications research from Boston University and a B.A. in communications from Boston College. She worked as a researcher on various studies at both institutions.
