Marta serves Customer Experience professionals. She advises these individuals on how to create engaging online and offline user experiences. Her primary research focuses on usability testing, information architecture, and Social Computing. She has particular expertise in cross-cultural audiences, having conducted user research in the Asia Pacific region. She is based in the Amsterdam office.
Prior to joining Forrester, Marta worked as a human/computer interaction programmer and usability consultant in Europe and Asia. Recently, she ran her own user experience firm in Singapore, providing practical advice and consultancy on a variety of user experience areas for the Web and mobile technology in the Asia Pacific region.
Marta holds two master's degrees: one in occupational psychology from the University of Wales, and one in design for interactive media from Middlesex University. Her undergraduate degree is in psychology from the Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (Basque Country University).
