He was the lead author of META Group's influential adaptive infrastructure strategies program. He has been extensively quoted in leading media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Economist, NPR, and the Palo Alto Daily News. He also has written columns for CNET, ZDNet, and the IT Manager's Journal.

Education

Peter graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in economics and political science.
