Victoria leads the Forrester Leadership Boards for Marketing & Strategy professionals. The Forrester Leadership Boards are peer networking programs for executives seeking to maximize the value they receive from Forrester. Executives in these programs have access to proprietary Forrester research, receive customized advisory support, and network with peers in similar roles at other companies.

Previous Work Experience

In her previous role at Forrester, Victoria led the consulting practice for Forrester's Marketing & Strategy clients. She and her team helped Marketing & Strategy executives answer strategic questions by conducting research-based consulting projects that leveraged Forrester's extensive foundation of intellectual capital. These projects helped clients improve their Web sites, evaluate interactive marketing tactics, and develop new online strategies.

Prior to joining Forrester, Victoria spent eight years with A.T. Kearney, an international management consulting firm, where she led cross-functional teams responsible for defining market entry and business development strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Her clients included technology leaders such as Cisco and Microsoft, as well as consumer-facing companies such as FedEx and Johnson & Johnson.

Victoria was previously a management consultant at Cannon Associates, where she helped US and European companies expand into emerging markets, such as Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Education

Victoria earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a master of science in foreign service from Georgetown University. She also holds an undergraduate degree in international relations from Tufts University.
